Hill Clinic

The 75th Medical Group Clinic, located in Building 570, provides primary care and a limited range of specialty services for an enrolled population of about 20,000 beneficiaries. Hours are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Wednesday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Appointments

Call the central appointment desk at (801) 728-2600 on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Wednesday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. to arrange an appointment (including sick-call) in all clinics except Flight Medicine. Appointments may also be booked online at www.tricareonline.com. Each family member will need to establish his/her own account. Appointments are available 24 hours in advance. Enrollees assigned to Flight Medicine make appointments by calling (801) 777-4710, selecting option 2, then option 3. Non-Prime patients are eligible to call for space-available appointments. Space-available appointments are generally very limited in availability. The clinic is closed on weekends, holidays and MAJCOM directed family and wingman days.

If you are an active duty member assigned to Flight Medicine and are a flyer, sick call is by appointment. If you are non-flying personnel, assigned to a Flight Medicine PCM, contact Flight Medicine at (801) 777-4710.

Primary Care

Primary Care for TRICARE Prime enrollees includes the Family Medicine, Flight Medicine and Airmen clinics. Specialty clinics include mental health, audiology and optometry. Appointments are available for these specialties without consultation. Physical therapy services are available by consultation. Ancillary services include radiology (diagnostic imaging), laboratory and pharmacy.

The Airmen Clinic provides primary care and gynecological services for all active duty non-flyers assigned to a 75th Medical Group primary care manager. The Family Medicine Clinic provides primary care, pediatric and gynecological services for all non-active duty TRICARE Prime enrollees assigned to a 75th Medical Group primary care manager.
