As an integral part of the world's most respected Air and
Space Force, the Warner Robins Air Logistics Center is
dedicated to the mission of providing combat capabilities
for Department of Defense and allied nation war fighters
through superior sustainment and deployment of combat-ready
forces. As one of three air logistics centers that provide logistics
support to the entire U.S. Air Force, Warner Robins Air Logistics
Center supports the goals and objectives of Air Force
Materiel Command and other related Air Force and Department
of Defense activities.
Our motto is "People First - Mission Always."
The Center provides various aspects of cradle-to-grave
weapon system management, sustainment, metrology and calibration
services, and integrated logistics support for assigned
fighter, airlift, reconnaissance, special operations, and combat
search and rescue USAF aircraft.
Similar support is provided for electronic warfare equipment,
avionics, general purpose computers, support equipment, missiles,
aircraft propellers and vehicles of various types. WR-ALC
also conducts emergency software programming of Air Force
and other DoD and allied electronic warfare systems.
Through the use of integrated weapon system management
techniques, WR-ALC provides a full range of logistics support,
including budgeting and financial management, sustainment
and contracting, and systems engineering and
maintenance throughout each system's lifecycle. The center
determines the spare parts, supplies and equipment needed to
support the weapons systems and
commodities for which it is responsible.
The center then budgets,
buys, stores, distributes and disposes
of these when no longer
needed.
Robins manages more than
200,000 items that represent the
full range of avionics functions and
technology. These include aerospace
communications and navigation
equipment, airborne bomb and
gun directing systems, target
acquisition systems and all airborne
electronic warfare equipment.
Civilian, contractor and
military employees repair, modify
and overhaul assigned systems.
The center is part of the Air Force
Materiel Command headquartered
at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base,
Ohio. AFMC is dedicated to the
delivery of war-winning technology,
acquisition support, sustainment
and expeditionary capabilities to the
war fighter.
