Civilian Human Resources Office-Southeast (CHRO-SE): Because more than two-thirds of the Marine Corps Logistics Base Albany and Marine Corps Logistics Command personnel are civilian employees, the CHRO-SE plays a vital role in helping managers and supervisors find, motivate, properly pay, develop and retain quality workers, and also promote equal employment opportunities for all. The Federal Employment Program is based on public law, Presidential Order and regulations issued by the U.S. Office of Personnel Management. The CHRO-SE not only guides officials in operating a proper personnel program, but also offers information in response to inquiries from the general public about jobs in the federal service.
