All personnel reporting to Parris Island for duty during normal working hours, Monday through
Friday 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., will report in uniform to the Depot Consolidated Administration
Center, Building 923. After working hours, on weekends and holidays, report to the Headquarters
and Service Battalion Officer of the Day in Building 144.
Service members with orders to MCAS Beaufort should report in at the Headquarters and Headquarters
Squadron, Building 600 during regular duty hours. After hours, they should report to
MCAS Headquarters Building 601. Those reporting to Marine Aircraft Group 31, or its sub-units, should report at MAG-31 Headquarters Building 585 at all times.
Naval Hospital personnel should report to the Hospital Quarter Deck located at the Information Desk on the first floor (phone 228-5600). Naval Dental Center personnel should report to the clinic at Parris Island, Building 674.
All military personnel assigned to Parris
Island, Marine Corps Air Station, or Naval
Hospital Beaufort who own firearms of any
kind must register them at the Provost Marshals
Office (security office at the Naval Hospital).

Vehicle accidents occurring aboard a military
installation must be promptly reported
to the office of the Provost Marshal. All
parties concerned and witnesses must
remain at the scene until released by competent
authority, except when medical attention
is necessary to prevent death or
prolonged suffering. Dial 911 while at Parris
Island/ MCAS/NHB to report emergencies
and 228-3200 at Parris Island or 228-STOP
at MCAS to anonymously report information
about crimes. To report criminal acts occurring
aboard the Naval Hospital, call
228-5327. To report routine items to the Military
Police at Parris Island, dial
228-3118/3445 and at the Air Station,
228-7373. The Security Officer at the hospital
can be reached at 228-5317. Crimes
occurring off the military installations
should be reported to the Beaufort County
Sheriff's Office or the Beaufort City Police by
dialing 911.
The speed limits aboard the Air Station
and Laurel Bay Housing areas are posted at
the respective gates. Aboard the Naval Hospital
and MCRD it is 25 mph unless otherwise
posted. Parking is authorized in
parking spaces only. Radar detectors are
prohibited.
