Personnel reporting for duty to NETPDTC can check in at the Military Support Office (MSO) during normal working hours, 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m., or at the Security Office at the front gate after normal working hours.

All military personnel will file their travel claims and receive their official check-in at the NAS Pensacola Personnel Support Detachment once they have reported aboard.

Pen Air Federal Credit Union is a full service financial institution serving the military, civil service, and hundreds of other employee groups and their families throughout the region. Pen Air FCU's Saufley Field Office is located outside the gates at 4523 Saufley Field Road and is open Monday through Thursday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Friday until 5:30 p.m. The drive up window opens at 8:30 a.m. each day. Saturday drive-thru only hours of 9 a.m. to noon. There is also a drive up ATM. Safe Deposit Boxes are available.

An ATM is available on Saufley Field near the Snack Bar Area.
