ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES
Administrative
The Administrative Department receives, processes and routes incoming mail and message traffic. A centralized file of command correspondence is maintained as well as developing command paperwork management techniques. It also serves as a liaison with Navy Pubs and Printing Services when need requires off-station printing and message traffic. (215) 773-2120

Manpower
The Manpower division supervises and administers all manpower related functions. Active Duty Manpower is responsible for active duty military manpower planning and SHOROC. (215) 443-6035

Career Counselor
Active Duty Services provides services such as TAD assignments, check-in/out procedures, enlisted evaluations, command leave procedures, sponsorship program and more. The Command Career Counselor is responsible to the Commanding Officer for an active retention program and for keeping the Commanding Officer aware of retention problems that affect the Command. Human Resources
Human Resources services are provided by the Human Resources Office in New Orleans, La. A local representative is on-site. The site manager provides direction and guidance to all managers, current civilian employees and applicants on civil service rules and regulations. The office also carries out the following local programs: Equal Employment Opportunity, Employee and Labor Relations, Employee Development, Staffing, Classification of Position, Injury Compensation and many other miscellaneous civilian programs. AIR OPERATIONS DEPARTMENT
The Air Operations Department is responsible for the overall management and administration of the airfield, providing services to support the operations of the air station,tenant and transient aircraft.The Air Operations Department is composed of the following divisions:

COMMAND RELIGIOUS PROGRAM
The Chaplain's department provides an array of spiritual, religious, and couples counseling, as well as, financial management. We also provide support for weddings, vowel renewals, baby dedications, memorial services and various other programs as needed. All services are held in the J.William Ditter Memorial Chapel, across from the main gate.The Chaplain's Office is located on the second floor of Building 2 (gymnasium).
