The 354th Medical Group strives to provide exceptional customer service and top-quality medical care at all times. Each area in the medical group is assigned a patient advocate who will address your concerns and follow up until they are resolved. Each advocate will have their photo in the clinic waiting area for easy identification. The medical group patient advocate can be reached by calling 907-377-6714 or by asking the base operator for the patient advocate. Patient questionnaires are reviewed monthly by the medical group executive leadership and are used to tailor services to the needs of customers. Comment cards are also available in the main clinic waiting room.
