Ft Jackson_2019 Community Services Thrift Shop

 

The Thrift Shop is a nonprofit organization that serves the military community by providing a means for consignment of used personal and household property. Profits from sales are disbursed to various local charities and activities in the Fort Jackson area.

The Thrift Shop is in the mini mall at 4713 Lee Road. Hours are 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Tuesday and Thursday and 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Wednesday. Consignments are accepted 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday and by appointment for active-duty Soldiers who are unable to make it during regular consignment hours. Bookkeeping hours are 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Tuesday and Thursday. If you are unable to make it to the shop to find out any information about your account or to pick up your check, please feel free to leave a stamped envelope and your check will be mailed to you.

Donations may be dropped off any time at the garage door at the rear of the building. Tax receipts for donations can be issued if donations are dropped off during business hours.
