Pathology is a full service laboratory that includes specimen collection. All patients should report to Specimen Collection in the outpatient mall for services. Hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. You can reach the staff at (580) 558-2305. Laboratory orders from in-house providers are submitted electronically, a lab request form must accompany all orders from providers outside of RACH. The laboratory cannot release results to patients. You may obtain them from either the provider or the Patient Administration Division. For assistance call (580) 558-2730.
Located in the clinic mall, this service is a satellite of Pathology. In-house providers submit lab orders electronically; network providers hand write orders and patients bring the request to the lab. Patients must contact the ordering provider for test results.
