Housing Services Office (HSO)
2702 Michigan Ave.
Hours: 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday.
All service members, regardless of grade or marital status, are required to report to the HSO prior to entering in an agreement to rent, lease or purchase off-post housing. The HSO provides assistance in acquiring off-post rental housing, tenant-landlord complaint mediation and pre-occupancy adequacy inspections, as well as assistance with home purchasing and selling.
The Army Housing Online User Services (AHOUS) website is the single point of entry for all Army housing information. AHOUS is the Army’s official website for Soldiers and families looking for information regarding Army Family Housing, Unaccompanied Housing or community (off-post) housing. The Army Virtual Housing Experience provides Soldiers and families world-class, customer-focused housing information, allowing them to make informed choices about off-post, privatized and military housing options at their next duty station. Please visit this website for more information at www.housing.army.mil.
Soldiers on permissive TDY for home-finding purposes in conjunction with PCS must report to the HSO to receive a housing stamp and date on their DA 31 leave form on the first day permissive TDY starts. Soldiers who fail to do so will be charged regular leave by the finance office. Visit or call the HSO and allow our trained staff of professionals to assist you and your family with your off-post housing needs. Presently, there are no mobile home parks on post and no government-owned or government-leased housing off post.
