DIAL 6 BOSS is a means of communicating with the Commanding General. Your suggestions, ideas, recommendations, or bon-a-fide complaints are welcome to make Fort Bragg a better place to live and work. Calls are transcribed daily and submitted to the appropriate agency for follow up. The Commanding General reviews all calls and responses are made to the individual initiating the call. Anonymous calls will be acted upon on a case by case basis. Prior to using DIAL 6 BOSS, you should use your chain of command; however, the Commanding General remains available to any Soldier and/or family member needing help.
DIAL 6 BOSS rules are simple:
- Wait for the sound of the tone after the recording and leave your full name (spell your last name), social security number, unit or address, and a telephone number;
- Since your message is being recorded, keep your comments to less than three minutes.
