Services Provided: Wills; Power of Attorney; Notaries; Family Law; Immigration/Citizenship Assistance Divorce & Separation Briefings are Thursdays at 0915 and 1300.
Appointment Policy: Appointments are made the first day of the work week starting at 0900. You can make an appointment in person (recommended) or by calling 396-6113/0396 after 0900 on our scheduling day. Emergencies are handled on a case-by-case basis with the approval of the Chief of Client Services. Casualty assistance clients and Wounded Warriors may schedule appointments at any time.

TRIAL DEFENSE SERVICE
Location: Bldg. C-3822, Ardennes Street
Authorized Patrons: Active Duty, Retirees and their Family Members. Reserve or National Guard and their Family Members mobilized for 29+ days, must have either an updated Active Duty ID card or copy of mobilization orders on hand.

Services Provided: Advice and assistance on legal problems including domestic relations, non support, consumer protection, immigration, and taxes. Provides assistance in the preparation of documents such as powers of attorney and wills. It is recommended you bring all leases, agreements, contracts, etc. to the Legal Assistance Office for review BEFORE you sign.
