Bicycle Registration and Operation

Bicycle registration is highly encouraged at the Provost Marshal’s Office (PMO) and Force Protection Branch. Registration of bicycle serial numbers is a crime prevention method. In the event a bicycle is stolen, investigators will have a starting point. Bicycle operators and passengers must wear approved helmets. The wearing of headphones or earphones is prohibited by anyone operating a motor vehicle, moped, motorcycle or bicycle, or while a person is riding.
