HOURS OF OPERATION:
We have delivery staff on duty seven days a week from 8:00am to 5:00pm. That means you can schedule deliveries on the weekend if it is more convenient for you. This service is for pre-scheduled deliveries only.
Our store is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 am-5:00 pm
Saturday from 8:00am-5:00pm close for lunch (12:00-1:00)
Our office is closed on Sunday and holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas.
AFTER HOURS SERVICE:
We provide emergency services during all hours that our stores are closed. Just call 928-344-9301 and you will automatically be transferred to our on-call technician who will help you. Please call back with billing questions during routine business hours.
As a courtesy to our customers, we bill most insurance carriers which includes Medicare and BlueCross/BlueShield for you. We will let you know exactly what information will be needed in order to take advantage of all the benefits that your plan offers. Additionally, we will request any information you don’t have but need from your physician as a courtesy to you. You will need to watch your statement carefully and if your insurance doesn’t pay, call us; we will explain the problem and try to help you resolve it.
