Prior to earning her real estate license, Patricia worked as a manager, Retail Improvement Specialist and Retail Coordinator with Publix Super Markets, Inc. A leader in customer service, Patricia’s role encompassed overseeing operations, employee training and development and cultivating strong business relationships. Her service-driven attitude and personable manner combined with her deep community roots has earned her a reputation as trustworthy and dependable. She supported a large territory spanning multiple counties increasing her familiarity and knowledge in a variety of market areas.

Patricia received her bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of South Florida and her real estate training from the Tampa School of Real Estate. Currently based in the Central Brandon office, Patricia lives in the area she serves and also services the areas of Hillsborough, Pasco, Polk, Pinellas, Sarasota, Manatee and Charlotte counties. She takes enormous pride in her Spanish heritage and speaks both fluent English and Spanish.
