UPCOMING EVENTS!We are a friendly, Southern Baptist Church near the MCAS. We are large enough to offer well-balanced programs and small enough to know you personally. We have Sunday morning worship 11:00 AM, prayer in Sanctuary at 9:00 AM and Sunday school classes for all age groups at 9:45 AM. Sunday and Wednesday 6:30 PM Bible Study.SISTERS ON MISSIONS  * September - May * First Thursdays of the month at 6:30 PM   Women of all   ages are invited. We do mission projects, have Bible studies, and encourage each other.CROSSBEARERS MENS DINNER * Quarterly * All men, teens and up, are welcome. We have a great meal (oyster roast, steak dinner, frogmore stew, etc.), fellowship, and a guest speaker.SENIOR LUNCHEONS * September - June * Third Tuesday of the month at 10:30 AM. We generally have a themed meal with partipants bringing side dishes and deserts to share. We have a great time of fellowhsip, Bible study, Bible quiz, celebrating birthdays, etc. "You don't have to be a Senior to join us, you just need to be older than someone else!" WEDNESDAY NIGHT SUPPERS * Wednesdays at 5:30 PM * Each Wednesday we provide a Main Dish, Vegetable, Dessert, Tea & Kool-Aid for only $5/Adult and $2/Children under 12.FOOD PANTRY * Thursdays 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM * We provide a box of non-perishable foods (Jelly, Peanut Butter, Cereal, shelf-stable milk, ramen noodles, canned vegetable, rice, boxed macaroni & cheese, jar or canned spaghetti sauce, pasta, soup or ravioli, canned fruit, beans, and meat) to those in the community in need.There are multiple opportunities to volunteer and serve; we have popular yearly events like our Fall Bazaar & Silent Auction (September 16th), Trunk or Treat (October), Vacation Bible School (June).          We would love to have you visit one of our services and see for yourself what we have to offer.Our Youth (grades 6-12) & Children's Ministries (Pre-K - 5th) are growing! We meet for Sunday morning Sunday School and also Sundays and Wednesdays at 6:30 PM. This spiritual unity leads us to joyfully enter into covenant with one another as one body in Christ.With the help of the Holy Spirit, we will: Walk together in Christian love while striving for the advancement of this church in knowledge, holiness and comfort.Promote the prosperity and spirituality of the church here, and sustain its worship, ordinances and teachings. Contribute cheerfully and regularly to the support of the ministry, expense of the church, relief of the poor, and spread of the gospel through all nations.
