McCullough Funeral Home & Crematory, on Facebook

One of our most recently licensed funeral directors, James Williams, graduated and passed his national boards last year. However, for many in funeral service, finally seeing the framed diplomas and licenses on the wall is a milestone...and tonight an addition was made to our collection. What you see below, now hanging in the hallway at McCullough, represents many long days and nights, lots of hard work, and great determination. Our MFH family is proud to finally see these go up. Well deserved and well done, James!

Alzheimer's and dementia steal more than memories - they steal the ability to function, they steal joy, and they steal lives. As loved ones begin to fade away, families and friends often face losing someone well before any death occurs. Think about this: every 65 seconds someone in the U.S. develops this disease. One person each minute...and early onset is becoming more and more common. 1 in 3 seniors die with Alzheimer's or another type of dementia. The fact is, none of us have to look far to find someone who has felt the devastation from a diagnosis. June is Alzheimer's and Brain Awareness Month. Please join our MFH family in showing support for the families and friends who have walked this path and for the fight to find a cure. #PostYourPurple #EndAlz
