Civilian Personnel Advisory Center

The mission of the Civilian Personnel Advisory Center is to provide Fort Benning and designated tenant activities personnel administration services and support through recruitment strategies to hire the best candidates available. Employment Readiness Program

The Employment Readiness Program offers assistance in the areas of employment, training and volunteer opportunities. The services are designed to give active duty, retired military personnel, DoD employees, their family members and eligible personnel the competitive edge necessary to secure employment. Services include job counseling, job search training, self-development workshops, employment and educational information, volunteer opportunities, Internet job search and assistance in resume writing and goal setting. Clients have access to a computer lab, education guides, resume writing software, fax machine, copier, video tutorials and more.
