The Academy’s housing is managed by our privatization partner, Hunt LLC, and Air Force Academy Military Communities. Since 2007, the community has undergone construction of new homes in upper Douglass Valley and renovations in Pine Valley and Douglass Valley homes.

The community is nestled in a national forest setting that makes the Academy unique. In addition to many hiking and biking trails, these neighborhoods have multiple playgrounds, landscape services, snow removal, 24/7 maintenance service and some of the best schools in the area.
