Carlisle Barracks Military Housing Office

The Military Housing Office should be your first point of contact when you get to Carlisle Barracks. Contact the MHO as soon as you know you are moving. When you arrive at Carlisle Barracks, you must visit the MHO to receive counseling and guidance before entering into any written lease or rental/sales contract for housing. The MHO provides a number of services including assisting with temporary lodging, an overview of community resources and amenities, providing maps, school information and other community service information, and is more than capable of answering questions or offering guidance.

1. Coren Apartments

Ranks

: O1-O6 Coren Apartments offers three-, and four-bedroom apartments with two-and-half to three baths. Located steps from the fitness center and pool, these apartments feature a porch, deck, fireplace, central heating & air conditioning and energy-efficient appliances.

2. Forbes Avenue

Ranks

: All military ranks; military retirees; DoD civilians The homes of Forbes Avenue are three-bedroom, two-bathroom duplexes. These homes feature a sunroom, fireplace and central heating and air conditioning. The neighborhood is located in close proximity to the AWC, Indian Field and Letort View Creek.

3. Garrison Lane

: O6 Garrison Lane offers three to four-bedroom homes in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of the post office and Dunham Health Clinic. Homes in Garrison Lane feature ample closets and storage, patio and detached garage. They feature between two to three bathrooms.

4. Heritage Heights

: O5S-O6S Midway Park’s homes are three- to four-bedroom affairs with two-and-a-half baths that feature a garage, modern/open floor plan, master suite, patio and exterior storage. Heritage Heights location offers easy access to several amenities, including the PX, commissary, Federal Credit Union and the neighborhood's own playground.

5. Lovelle Avenue

: O1-O6 Lovelle Avenue offers three- and four-bedroom duplex-style homes with two-and-a-half baths that feature a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious porch. The Lovelle Avenue neighborhood is a short walk from the community fitness center and pool.

6. Marshall Ridge

: E1-E9; O1-O10 Marshall Ridge offers three- and four- bedroom single-family and duplex homes with between two-and-a-half and five baths. These homes feature a modern kitchen, master suite, laundry room, two-car garage and patio. Homes in Marshall Ridge enjoy views of Letort View Creek and are near a playground.

7. The Meadows
