KEEPING IT R.E.A.L. Relationships Enduring Army Life

Army Community Service Resilience Training Series titled “Keeping it R.E.A.L.” Relationships Enduring Army Life is designed for Soldiers, DA Civilians, and family members (couples are welcome). The 14 skills within resilience training curriculum are deisgned to strengthen one’s resilience within all aspects of life and provide the tools to readily recover and rebound. Participants are able to apply real life situations to knowledge and skills learned in the classroom to enhance their well-being and enrich their interpersonal relationships.
