Religious Activities
Fort Carson offers diversified worship services and religious activities including workshops, religious education for all ages and special ministries. Programs are designed to meet the special needs of Soldiers and the military Family. Services on post include Roman Catholic Masses, Protestant services (Traditional, Contemporary, and Gospel/Holiness), Eastern Orthodox Divine Liturgy and Wiccan gatherings. There is also a Native American Sweat Lodge, using traditional Lakota spiritual ceremonies. An LDS Scripture Study (LDS Institute) is also offered.
Chaplain activities are coordinated through the Religious Support Office, located in building 1118, Garrison Headquarters. For more information, call 526-5279.
