Established at Fort Gordon in 1971, the Test Measurement and Diagnostic Equipment Support Center is responsible for the calibration and repair support of all test measurement and diagnostic equipment for all activities assigned to Fort Gordon. Calibration and measurement services are supported for a wide range of physical, electrical, microwave and radiac instruments and are traceable to the U.S. National Institute of Standards and Technology. The Test Measurement and Diagnostic Equipment Support Center is part of the U.S. Army Aviation and Missile Command Test Measurement and Diagnostic Equipment Support Region 2, located at Redstone Arsenal, Ala.
