Housing Office

The Fort McCoy Housing Office is available to assist all active-duty soldiers and family members assigned to Fort McCoy. Services include family housing provided in single-family government quarters, single soldier housing and housing referral services for local community living. All active-duty and Active Guard Reserve soldiers assigned or attached to Fort McCoy or within a one hour commute must report to the office within 30 days of reporting to Fort McCoy. Military Family Housing

Unaccompanied Housing

Unaccompanied personnel housing is available for bona fide bachelors assigned to Fort McCoy. Single soldiers at the rank of sergeant and below are required to live in UPH on post. Geographical bachelors can contact the Directorate of Family and Morale, Welfare and Recreation for information about available apartments at www.mccoy.armymwr.com.
