Photo Essay: 2016 Civil Affairs Training at Fort McCoy

Story by Scott Sturkol on 09/04/2019

Soldiers with the 432nd Civil Affairs Battalion Headquarters and Headquarters Company of Green Bay, Wis., participated in land-navigation training on Fort McCoy’s South Post on May 27, 2016.

The Reserve battalion was conducting annual training as part of an extended combat training tour at the installation in late May and early June 2016.

Located in the heart of the upper Midwest, Fort McCoy is the only U.S. Army installation in Wisconsin.

The installation has provided support and facilities for the field and classroom training of more than 100,000 military personnel from all services each year since 1984.
