Children participated in games and other activities Sept. 14, 2019, during the 2019 Fort McCoy Day for Kids held at Rumpel Fitness Center and the School-Age Center/Youth Center at Fort McCoy, Wis.

Dozens of children and parents participated in the event, which included an obstacle course, a magic show, kid’s games, information booths, and more.

The Directorate of Family and Morale, Welfare and Recreation organized the event.

Located in the heart of the upper Midwest, Fort McCoy is the only U.S. Army installation in Wisconsin.

The installation has provided support and facilities for the field and classroom training of more than 100,000 military personnel from all services each year since 1984.
