Medical Services

The U.S. Army Medical Department Activity at Fort Stewart includes: Winn Army Community Hospital, Tuttle Army Health Clinic, Richmond Hill Medical Home, Hawks Troop Medical Clinic and North Troop Medical Clinic. The beneficiary population includes active-duty Soldiers, retired military personnel and all eligible family members within an 11-county enrollment area, including Liberty, Long, Evans, Tattnall, Wayne, McIntosh, Bulloch, Candler, Effingham, Bryan and Chatham counties.

What services do you provide?

Medical services include: family practice, pediatrics, obstetrics and gynecology, physical and occupational therapy, social work services, behavioral medicine services, nutrition care, internal medicine, optometry, emergency medicine, dermatology, preventive medicine, urology, radiology, laboratory and pharmacy. A variety of free educational classes are also offered, such as tobacco cessation, family strategies for staying healthy, breast-feeding support, Tiny Toes and diabetes education. Where should I go and how do I get there?

Winn Army Community Hospital provides health care services to active-duty Soldiers, family members and retirees. Patients must be enrolled in TRICARE Prime and assigned to a primary care manager at Winn ACH. It is located at 1061 Harmon Ave., Building 302, on Fort Stewart.

Tuttle Army Health Clinic provides health care services to active-duty Soldiers, family members and retirees. Patients must be enrolled in TRICARE Prime and assigned to a primary care manager at Tuttle AHC. It is located at 230 Duncan Drive, Building 1440, on Hunter Army Airfield.

Hawks Troop Medical Clinic provides health care services to active-duty Soldiers. It is located at 192 Lindquist Road, Fort Stewart.

North Troop Medical Clinic provides health care services to active-duty Soldiers, primarily those assigned to the 4th Infantry Brigade Combat Team of the 3rd Infantry Division. It is located at 306 Vanguard Road.

 

Richmond Hill Medical Home provides health care services to family members of active-duty military, as well as retirees and their family members. Patients must be enrolled in TRICARE Prime and assigned to a primary care manager at Richmond Hill Medical Home. For more information, call 912-435-7464.
