Inprocessing Procedures

AFLCMC In-Processing: All AFLCMC members should report to bldg. 1605 (next to Base Chapel) with your CAC between 7:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.. Please bring your PCS package from your previous base that includes AF Form 899 (orders) and AF Form 330. New accessions (2Lts) will also need their AF Form 133 (Oath of Office), SGLI, and AFIMT 766.

IN PROCESSING FOR EVERYBODY ELSE (66 ABG, 66 MDS, 66 FSS, 66 SFS, 66 CPTS, 66 LRS, Recruiters (except for 319th RCS), AFIT, NWC, etc.) Your first stop should be the Military Personnel Section. Their hours are Monday – Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m., Bldg. 1305, First Floor, Customer Service Section. You must be in uniform to in-process. Please bring your PCS package from your last base.

319th RCS In-Processing: Please report to your CSS (59 Otis Street Bldg 1211) the following duty day of your arrival to base. Hours are Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. and they can be reached at (781) 225-6570 during duty hours. Please bring your PCS package from your last base and comply with UOD (Mon Blues, Tues-Fri ABUs).

Finance In-Processing briefings for PCS’ing personnel are held Mondays and Wednesdays at 0930 on the third floor of the Brown Bldg in the 66 CPTS conference room.

**If you arrive after duty hours, your 24 hour arrival point is the Temporary Lodging Office.

All DoD Civilians will be registered for in-processing through the Civilian Personnel Office.

Important Documents to Hand Carry for Inprocessing

Please bring your medical and dental records, shot records, passport (if applicable), OJT record and education records.

Married Servicemembers

If you get married prior to your PCS, you must inform your commander and follow the procedures exactly. The military will not pay for travel and housing of your spouse if you haven’t followed proper procedures.
