Schofield Barracks: The Staff Judge Advocate’s area offices serve all Army personnel and their families assigned to units and organizations in Hawaii. The Schofield Barracks Legal Assistance and Claims offices are in Building 2037 at the corner of Humphreys Road and Aleshire Avenue. Powers of attorney and notary services are available on a walk-in basis; most other services require an appointment. Legal Assistance and Claims hours of operation are 9:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday, Tuesday and Friday; 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Wednesday; and 1 to 4 p.m. Thursday. The office is closed on federal holidays and training holidays. Call the Legal Assistance office at 808-655-8607. Call the Claims office at 808-655-9279.

Fort Shafter/Tripler Army Medical Center: Basic Legal Assistance, such as notary services and powers of attorney, may be obtained by visiting the servicing legal offices at Tripler Army Medical Center (TAMC), U.S. Army Pacific (USARPAC) and 8th Theater Sustainment Command (TSC). The TAMC branch office, 808-433-5311, is in Room 222 in Wing 2D. Call the USARPAC legal office at 808-438-9470. Call the 8th TSC legal office at 808-438-2074.
