Built in 1908, this restored vaudeville house is now a thriving performing arts center with year-round live performances including dance, jazz and world music, cabaret shows, symphony and theater, as well as therapeutic yoga classes and more. The Charles H. Taylor Art Center

This neoclassical building, constructed in 1925 and renovated in 1989 as a visual arts center, hosts nearly a dozen art exhibitions each year, highlighting established and emerging regional artists in a variety of media, subjects and styles. Virginia Beach Boardwalk 

The Virginia Beach Boardwalk is far more than just a strip of restaurants and hotels. Here you can visit museums, enjoy monuments and nautical sculptures (meet King Neptune), pedal along the separate bike path and catch live performance art such as juggling, magic and music along the 3-mile stretch. And then there’s all that beach.
