We offer a variety of inspection packages in addition to the following services:

• Pest Inspections – These inspections are needed by the Veteran’s Administration (VA Pest or Termite Inspection) before you can close a VA loan.

• Water Testing – Water testing should be done for quality.

• Irrigation Inspections – we check for pressure, pumps, damaged pipes, leaks, sprinkler heads, and electrical 

• Indoor Air Quality Testing – While most home inspectors will likely note any concerns or findings of microbial growth, you want to make sure.

• Sewer Scope & Septic Line Inspections – Whether you are on the city sewer system or a private septic, this inspection will tell you if there are issues with the lines.

• Infrared Thermography –  We use an infrared thermography scanner and this infrared scan is a non-invasive, non-destruction inspection that helps detect and measure temperature differences in the home. 

• Manufactured Home Structural Certification – This inspection includes how the mobile homes are structurally tied into the foundation/grounding.
