The Ari Group is a local real estate team founded and led by Nikki Musgrave. Nikki comes from a military family and is a graduate of North Georgia College & State University. Nikki wrote and published “A Greater Tampa Bay: Building the fastest growing city in America” which goes over different neighborhoods, economy, infrastructure, and development in the greater Tampa Bay area. The Ari Group also works closely with local lenders that specialize in VA loans to ensure the most up to date knowledge to assist the military community. The Ari Group also specializes in working transactions completely remote providing electronic signatures, virtual tours, and more.

Nikki is a 6th generation Floridian, born in Dunedin, FL. Nikki graduated from North Georgia College & State University with a B.S. in chemistry. While in school, she was a teaching assistant, research assistant and competitive cheerleader. After graduating in 2012, she began working as a chemist for Johnson & Johnson. As much as Nikki loved the schooling she did, she quickly realized that this was not the job for her. After leaving Georgia and moving back to Florida, Nikki took a job in sales at a local Ford dealership. After outselling even the internet department within her first month, she realized that selling cars was not her passion either. For some time, several people had encouraged Nikki to get her real estate license. In 2015, she passed her real estate exam and hit the ground running. Nikki wanted to continue her education and further her abilities to assist clients and gained her Broker’s license in 2017. That same year, she had a child and wrote a published “A Greater Tampa Bay: Building the Fastest Growing City in America”. Nikki specializes in new construction and residential investing.
