MCCS-SC Child, Youth and Teen Programs

We believe it is our responsibility to prepare an environment with a variety of exciting learning experiences and to observe, oversee and nurture each child’s progress through these experiences. We further believe that approaching children in a positive, consistent and warm manner is highly effective. Our program provides opportunities for each child to experience successes, which contributes to a growing sense of self-worth and personal joy in learning.

Our goal is to provide a safe and fun environment where children, youth and teens can come and interact socially with each other and receive care and support while parents are performing their daily mission. Boys and Girls Clubs Programs are designed to address 5 core program areas: Education and Career Development, Health and Fitness, Sports and Recreation, Character and Leadership Development and The Arts. Activities include field trips for all ages, swimming, bowling, teen dances, arcade and video games, and much more. Programming is divided according the following categories: School Age Care (SAC) for ages 5 to 12, Teen programs for ages 13 to 18. The Youth Center is an affiliate of the Boys & Girls Clubs of America.
