The Lifeskills program seeks to engage, educate and offer referral services to Marines, Sailors and their families regarding various skill sets and resources necessary to be successful in the hectic military environment. Classes offered under this program are as follows: Premarital Workshop, “PREP” Marriage Enhancement Workshop, “His Needs/Her Needs” Workshop, Looking for Love (in all the Wrong Places) Workshop, “Five Love Languages” Workshop, Family Care Plan Workshop, various youth and teen workshops/venues, COSC and CACO venues for RDST events, and Personality Style Workshop.
