The county provides both mental health and substance abuse services on outpatient basis or with partial hospitalization/day treatment. Special programs for adolescents, people with concurrent mental and substance abuse disorders and DUI/DWI offenders. Payment assistance and sliding-scale fees are based on income and other factors. Military insurance is accepted.
