Whiting Field 2018 Support Services SAPR


The Sexual Assault Prevention and Response (SAPR) Program is composed of three components: prevention through training and education, crisis intervention and statistical reporting. At the NASWF SAPR office, we work to prevent sexual assault by encouraging a climate of mutual respect and promoting an environment of mission readiness with the understanding that sexual assault damages both the individual and the group. The program is also designed to respond whenever victims of sexual assault are in need of supportive services. This may include immediate crisis intervention, accompaniment to forensic examinations and/or law enforcement interviews. Your NASWF SAPR team includes: a Sexual Assault Response Coordinator (SARC), Civilian Victim Advocate and a team of Unit Victim Advocates (UVA) from throughout the base and tenant commands. We ensure there will be assistance available 24/7/365. If you or someone you know is in need of assistance, please use the numbers listed below to contact us.
