Armed Forces Bank
Armed Forces Bank is located between the Port Hueneme Navy Exchange and barbershop at 130 23rd Ave., Building 1512. It is open the same hours as the Navy Exchange: 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Sunday.
Its full-range banking services are available to everyone who is eligible to be on the base — military members and their families, reservists, retirees, DOD civilian employees and contractors. For additional information about available services, call 805-815-4845.

Naval Base Ventura County Commissary is located along 23rd Avenue next to the Navy Exchange at Port Hueneme. Manufacturer’s coupons, food stamps, bank debit cards, credit cards, WIC, traveler’s checks, money orders, U.S. Treasury checks, NAF payroll checks, certified bank drafts, bank-issued cashier’s checks, and manufacturer or refund checks are accepted. Defense Logistics Agency (Dla) Document Services
For more than 60 years, DLA Document Services, formerly known as DAPS, has been DOD’s document solutions provider. The local DLA Document Services Office is located on Port Hueneme at 4231 San Pedro Road, Building 19. For customer service, call 805-982-4310.

Naval Criminal Investigative Service
The Naval Criminal Investigative Service (NCIS) is a worldwide federal law enforcement agency staffed predominantly by civilian special agents whose primary mission is to protect and serve the Navy and Marine Corps. NCIS conducts felony investigations of crimes against persons and property as well as conducting counterintelligence and counterterrorism investigations and operations.

Your Navy Exchange at Port Hueneme is located just inside the Sunkist Gate on the corner of 23rd Avenue and Dodson Street. It is conveniently co-located with the Commissary for your shopping convenience. Navy Exchange facilities are available to military personnel, active duty, reservists, retired military and their family members. With the exception of the food court, customers are required to show their military identification indicating they are authorized personnel prior to making purchases or obtaining services.
Customers can call listed phone numbers to obtain current operating hours. The Main Exchange combines a main store department store-with specialized services stores barber, beauty salon, optical, flower shop and food services-and uniforms all under one roof. The main store features many departments, including jewelry, watches, cosmetics, shoes, men’s and women’s apparel, children’s, electronics, garden, housewares and a full array of consumable items. Located across the NEX parking lot is the Navy Exchange Car Care Center, with 12 pumps and 24-hour credit card readers for gasoline. Diesel fuel and propane are available at this location. In addition, the Car Care Center sells and installs tires and provides lube, oil and filter services. For more information about car services, call 805-982-4770.
The Navy Exchange at Point Mugu is conveniently located on Mugu Road near the barracks and housing areas. Call 805-488-6333 for current hours of operation. Considered a convenience store, the selection is geared toward basic items, including food and produce; dairy; health and beauty items; basic housewares; and lawn and garden implements. In addition, uniform items with the convenience of drop-off and pickup dry cleaning and tailoring services are available.
The gasoline lanes at Point Mugu are open 24 hours a day via credit and debit card readers to authorized patrons only-and propane is available during regular operating hours. Diesel fuel is not available at Point Mugu.
All dogs and cats residing in base housing at Point Mugu, Port Hueneme and Camarillo must be registered with the base Veterinary Clinic, located in Building 19 on 43rd Street on Port Hueneme. To be registered, your pets must have current vaccinations and be microchipped, which can be accomplished at the clinic. Active-duty personnel and their families and retired military members are eligible to use the base Veterinary Clinic.
The clinic is open 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday; the clinic is closed Wednesday for surgeries. Appointments are required and can be made by calling 805-982-3271. Please make sure your animal is on a leash or in a carrier when visiting the clinic.
