The Navy College Office in the Retention and Education Center in Building 2000, Room 214, provides a comfortable study area and services to support all phases of voluntary education. Individual or group counseling is available to help sailors, dependents and DOD personnel pursue their educational goals toward certification or a degree. Public libraries in Snohomish County offer learning, recreation, distance education, internet connections and other resources for users — all for free.
