Fleet & Family Readiness

Family Welcome Center, Naval Station Great Lakes

The Fleet and Family Support Program (FFSP) provides unified, customer-focused, consistent and efficient programs and services to support sustained mission and Navy readiness.

FFSP focuses on deployment support, crisis response, career support and counseling for individuals, families and commands, and provides these professional services through education classes and individual appointments at the Great Lakes Fleet and Family Support Center (FFSC).

FFSP provides the appropriate services at the right time, strengthening personal family competencies to meet the unique challenges of the military lifestyle.
