Cottages at Glen Eagle

The Cottages at Glen Eagle offer a stress-free, fun and affordable way to house and entertain out of town. Cottages provide group friendly amenities that guests may not otherwise enjoy in a local hotel.

The four Cottages at Glen Eagle are located just off the 11th tee at the Glen Eagle Golf Course. Unlike the Single Sailor/Geo. Bachelor lodging currently operated by MWR, “The Cottages” have no occupancy restriction and are designed to meet the recreational lodging needs for three specific audiences: golfers, guests of base residents and recreational lodging patrons. These cottages serve as a relaxing retreat for all visitors to the Mid-South area. The cottages are an ideal location for local residents to house and entertain guests, as well as a unique recreational lodging option for other groups participating in activities in the surrounding area. Each cottage features two queen size beds, one full size bed; living room with recliner, sleeper sofa, fireplace, television, cable television, VCR/DVD combination; dining room; fully equipped kitchen with full size refrigerator/ice maker, microwave, oven, stove top, cookware and dinnerware; 1-1/2 baths; telephones; irons and ironing boards; bed/bath linens; washer/dryer; fenced-in yard and barbecue grill. Other benefits offered to cottage guests during their stay include: spacious common area to spend quality time with friends and family; safe and secure environment onboard U.S. military installation; and opportunity to enjoy one or all of the following activities available in the area: golf outings, dining at local restaurants, visit to Beale Street, shopping at local stores and malls, leisure activities at Navy Lake, Memphis Grizzlies NBA games and Memphis Redbirds games. Those with military ID can shop and stock up at the Base Commissary, Navy Exchange and NEX Pharmacy. The Cottages at Glen Eagle are open to all MWR authorized patrons and the general public.
