Our home inspection are a non-invasive, visual examination of the accessible areas of a residential property, which is designed to identify defects within specific systems and components defined by these Standards that are both observed and deemed material by the inspector.
A home inspector is to similar to a family doctor he know alot about your body but isn’t an expert on any one part so if he find something wrong he will send you to an expert for further evaluation a home inspector works the same way he knows a lot of a about home systems but not an expert in any one system. So if he finds a deficiency within your foundation electrical plumbing roof etc you will direct you to see further evaluation From an expert of the system in question upon completion you will receive a formal computer generated inspection report covering:
Roof: Shingles, gutters and any skylights.
Exterior: Foundation, frame, siding, porches, balconies, chimneys, walkways and driveways.
Interior: Walls, ceilings, floors, doors, windows, staircases, railings and fireplace ventilation.
Heating and Cooling: Equipment and ventilation.
Electrical: Service panels, breakers, and any fuses.
Plumbing: Pipes, drains, pumps, and water heaters.
Structure: The foundation, footings, framework, skeleton, and roof.
Clearly, the inspector isn’t going to tear your home apart to inspect piping and wiring. But the more they have access to, the better the final report will be.
