Nothing is sweeter than a Georgia peach in season. Come find out for yourself just 12 miles north of Perry at this farm with more than 3,000 acres of peach orchards, 3,000 acres of pecan groves and a special patch of strawberries, blackberries, blueberries, apples, scuppernongs, muscadines and kiwi. Visit the 6-acre “you pick, we pick” strawberry patch in April and May. From October through January, Georgia pecans are harvested. Visit the website for schedules of special events and recipes.

Massee Lane Gardens

Home of the American Camellia Society, Massee Lane Gardens holds 9 acres of flowering camellias under towering pines, a garden greenhouse, a Japanese garden and koi pond, and a garden of roses. Enjoy the site’s porcelain collection and gift shop as well.
