Whether you’re looking to take in a game or cool off with a trip down a waterslide, Solano County offers a variety of recreational opportunities.


Open expanses of land in northern central California — perfect for farms, vineyards and golf courses — weave through the areas of Solano County. A variety of public and country club courses are available in the county, including the challenging 18-hole Hiddenbrooke Golf Club. The Vallejo Admirals are an independent professional baseball team in the Pacific Association of Professional Baseball Clubs. The Admirals began play as a charter member of the four-team Pacific Association of Professional Baseball Clubs, along with the Hawaii Stars, Na Koa Ikaika Maui and San Rafael Pacifics, former members of the now-defunct North American League.

Waterworld California

Waterworld California is home to more water slides than any other water park in Northern California. The park features nine slides, including the new Break Point Plunge where an enclosed, launch capsule sends riders through a heart-pounding 270-foot-long looping adventure.
