RHC-P Clinical Operations (CLINOPS) consists of military and civilian experts in the areas of Clinic Management, Patient Administration, Preventive Medicine, TRICARE, Nursing Care, Behavioral Health, Telehealth and Quality Health Services. RHC-P CLINOPS provides regional oversight to all RHC-P military medical treatment facilities to assist them with the operational and strategic requirements that impact on the system for health they provide every day in caring for their patients.
