The Exceptional Family Member Program (EFMP) identifies and documents the special medical, behavioral health and/or educational needs of family members to ensure that those needs are considered during the assignment process. Enrollment in EFMP is mandatory for all family members of active-duty service members with needs requiring specialized services. The NHCH EFMP coordinator is at the Joint Patient Liaison Office, Tripler Army Medical Center, Wing B, Room 1B101.
