Military Family Housing

Military family housing at Yuma Proving Ground is provided by Desert Oasis Communities. Desert Oasis Communities offers two communities to proving ground residents: Ironwood and Colorado housing. Three- to five-bedroom units are available.

Desert Oasis Communities allows pets with certain restrictions. In general, residents may have three pets, though certain dog breeds and exotic animals are not allowed. Pets must be registered at the proving ground’s veterinary clinic within five days of occupying a housing unit or acquiring a pet.

For more information about homes and amenities at Yuma Proving Ground, visit the Desert Oasis Communities website at https://themichaelsorg.com/michaels-management-services/communities/desert-oasis-communities.

Unaccompanied Housing

Yuma Proving Ground does not have a barracks. Contact the Housing Office for more information on single service member housing.
