Officer Management Branch
The mission of the 99th Regional Support Command Officer Management Branch is to provide personnel services and guidance to supported commands, units and Army Reserve officers within the Northeast region, and to all officers assigned or attached to the 99th RSC. Some of these services include:
• Reclassifications/branch transfers
• Proficiency bonus awards
• Promotion certificates
We are also delegated the authority to issue mandatory selection board notifications and manage the officer promotion non-select program. These are just a few of the services we provide. For additional information, please contact one of our team members.
