Hours: 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Wednesday and Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Thursday.

This office provides timely and effective transition assistance to all transitioning service members, retirees and their family members. SFL-TAP’s mission is to educate, prepare and connect Soldiers and families transitioning from active duty on/with continuing their service in the National Guard and Reserves; state and federal Veterans benefits, and educational and employment opportunities by providing veterans’ benefit information and job assistance training and connection.

Career Skills Programs (CSP)

Hours: 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday.

This office provides transitioning Soldiers and veterans training programs during the last six months of active duty service. Career Skills Programs are available to accommodate a variety of career interests that include: Welding, Mechatronics, Advanced Manufacturing, Machining, IT, Fellowship and Internship opportunities, CDL, Telecommunications Tower, HVAC, Electrical and Plumbing, Onward to Opportunity (O2O). Soldiers must have battalion command approval to participate in Career Skills Programs.
