Government Housing

Visit the Air Force Housing website to find your new home with the Air Force. This website serves as a one-stop shop for Airmen and their families to obtain information about the housing options and support services available to them at Air Force bases world-wide.

Los Angeles Air Force Base family housing has 613 units divided among historic Fort MacArthur, Pacific Heights and Pacific Crest base housing located on the beautiful Palos Verdes Peninsula in San Pedro, approximately 20 miles south of LA AFB. The units across the three housing areas are available in two, three and four bedroom units for every category of military personnel and lifestyle. As there are waiting lists (based on your rank, arrival date, and what size of home you qualify for) for most categories of base housing, it would be to your benefit to apply in advance of your arrival should you wish to reside on base. Simply go to your Housing Office at your current base and complete a DD Form 1746 (Application for Assignment to Base Housing), complete AF Form 4422, attach two copies of your orders, and email to 61cels.ceihh.housing@us.af.mil. If you have any questions, please contact the Housing Management Office at 310-653-8460-8469.

Off-Base Housing Referral:

For off-base housing referral, please contact our Housing Referral Office at 310-653-5347.
