Marine Corps Band New Orleans

The U.S. Marine Corps Band New Orleans was established Oct. 1, 1978. The unit comprises of active-duty Marine Corps members stationed at Marine Corps Support Facility New Orleans.

Each year the musicians of the band travel more than 75,000 miles throughout the U.S. and perform over 250 times to execute its mission of military support and community relations.

The band is composed of a ceremonial and concert band, jazz combo, and brass and woodwind quintets. The band supports all units of the 4th Marine Aircraft Wing, 4th Marine Division, 4th Marine Logistics Group and Mobilization Command, as well as community organizations nationwide.
